OBOE Society Foundation

The Hungarian Oboe Society Foundation is a national non-profit organization uniting oboists from all over the country - teachers, artists, students as devoted musicians fond of the instrument - into a single large organization.
Oboists in Hungary had never had such a Foundation before, one with public support, operating within legal frames, so it has naturally roused nationwide attention.

The above three music editions via their wonderful methodological structure will provide a useful tool for oboe teachers all over the world!
The advisory board bestowed a professional award on József Kányási, oboist and professor of music at the Debrecen Music Academy for 35 years.
The Society offers oboe reeds and reed material for students of oboe through a grant system starting January 1, 2004.
